VP Reports:

We discussed our beautiful Color Guard uniforms and found a creative solution to protect them—foam seats! We're ordering 100, with extras available for purchase.
Communications:Â
Shoutout to Jessica Terry for keeping everyone in the loop with her stellar updates. Make sure you're following all our communication channels to stay up-to-date!
Events:Â
We're gearing up for some exciting events, including an 8th Grade Band Night and a 1920s Jazz Masquerade theme for BOCO. Plus, we're launching "Band-AIDS" to provide medical support during practices.
Revenue:Â
Misty Carver introduced our new fundraising chairs, Jessica Snellgrave and Brittany Saverse, and highlighted the money raised by the Thomas family's picture fundraiser and from the Spare Time fundraiser. A portion of these funds will go to the Michael Hawk fund, with details to be announced soon. We also welcomed several new sponsors, including Brockway, Gersbach, Franklin, and Neimeier, PC; Revolution Birth Services; Lusty Tile; West Temple Orthodontics; B.A. Emmons Homes; The Carlson Law Firm; Traci Briggs; and Friends of Sophie. Special thanks to Eric Walker for providing the Stampede hot dog dinner and Heart of Texas RV for sponsoring our Cancer shirts. Be sure to check out and vote on the cancer shirt prototypes! We’ve also placed orders for hats, road crew shirts, decals, and car flags to get us ready for the season.
Band Directors' Reports:
Our band directors shared updates on everything from marching band progress to upcoming events. With lots of exciting things on the horizon, it's clear we're in for a great season.
