One of the best parts of being in the Stampede is seeing the season come alive through photos and videos—those moments of hard work, laughter, and unforgettable performances frozen in time. Our Stampede Photography and Communications teams work behind the scenes all year to capture the spirit of our band and color guard so families, friends, and the community can share in the pride of what our students accomplish.
Throughout the season, you’ll see our photographers at rehearsals, games, contests, and events, making every effort to ensure all members are included in the memories we create. These photos and videos may appear on our social media pages, website, or in the Stampede Score at the end of the year.
We understand that not all families are comfortable with their child’s image being shared publicly. Our teams are committed to handling all media respectfully, thoughtfully, and with consideration for the age and maturity of our students. If you have concerns or questions about how your child’s photo might be used, we want to hear from you.
To make sure everyone is on the same page, we’ve outlined our full Stampede Photography Guidelines.
They cover:
How and where photos/videos are shared
The process for reviewing and selecting images
Steps to take if you have concerns
Contact information for our VP of Functions

Our goal is simple—capture the joy, dedication, and community spirit of the Stampede while respecting every family’s wishes. Thank you for helping us make this a season full of lasting memories!
